Shipping Policy – We Make It Simple
Free Shipping Across the USA We offer completely free shipping to every address in the United States — yes, that includes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico!
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Confirmation Right after you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment.
We immediately check stock with our suppliers (usually within 2 business days). Once confirmed, we process your payment and get your order ready to ship.
What Happens Next?
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email — sometimes they hide there!
- If you haven’t received a confirmation or shipping update, just email us at help@goshipfurniture.com with the subject “Order Confirmation / Tracking Not Received” and we’ll jump on it right away.
Shipping Options & Timelines We offer two straightforward options:

- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit time: 2–13 business days (varies by location and carrier)

Expedited Priority Shipping (2–15 business days total – additional cost may apply, shown at checkout)
- Handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday)
- Transit time: 1–6 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time on business days are often shipped the same day.
Processing & Shipping Time
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–25 business days (standard free shipping).
- Times can vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and any unexpected delays — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items For any custom products, we’ll reach out to confirm details before processing. These items ship only after customizations are finalized, so delivery may take a bit longer.
Order Acceptance & Pricing We do our best to get every order out quickly and accurately. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):
- Suspected fraud
- Payment verification issues
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
If we need to cancel or adjust your order, we’ll notify you by email or phone and explain next steps. In rare cases of mispricing, we may contact you for approval or cancel and refund the order.
Tracking Your Order Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package in real time.
